These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Everytalemobile application and services (“Service”) operated by EverytaleInc., a company registered in California, United States.

By using Everytail, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Everytail. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use Everytail, you must create an account using:

• Google Sign-In, or
• Email and password

3. Service Description

Everytaleis a platform that allows tennis players to:

• Connect with other players
• Organize matches
• Track scores and activity

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data & Accuracy

Everytaleallows users to input match scores and activity data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-submitted data.

6. No User-Generated Content Publishing

Everytaledoes not currently support public content posting. Any data submitted is for functional use within the app.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase (authentication, database, etc.)

Your use of Everytaleis also subject to their terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the platform or other users

9. Disclaimer

Everytaleis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverytaleInc. is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data
• Issues arising from user interactions

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
